Welcome to Aureliya Accessories. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Handmade Jewelry

All Aureliya jewelry pieces are handmade with great care and attention to detail. Each item is crafted specially for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, production and preparation time may take up to three (3) weeks, depending on demand and material availability.
However, most orders are typically delivered within one (1) week.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed or when the cash-on-delivery option is selected.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Egypt through trusted courier services.
Delivery time varies depending on your location and order type.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.
Aureliya Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy

  • A full refund is available only if the item is returned immediately at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer keeps the item, a 50% refund applies within 14 days, and 10% refund within 30 days.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • No exchanges are available — you may return your item and place a new order through the website.

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur — this is part of the uniqueness of handmade jewelry.
