However, if you wish to return or refund your order, please read the policy below carefully. This policy is aligned with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and reflects the nature of handcrafted jewelry products.
Eligibility for Refund or Return
To qualify for a refund or return:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Requests must be made within the time frames stated below.
1. Immediate Return at Delivery
If you decide to return the item at the time of delivery, directly to the delivery representative:
- You are entitled to a full refund (100%) of the purchase amount.
- The product must be handed back immediately upon inspection, without being accepted from the courier.
2. After Delivery — Within 14 Days
If the product has been received and accepted from the delivery representative:
- It is considered a used item as per Egyptian consumer protection regulations.
- You are entitled to a 50% refund of the item’s value, provided the return request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. After 14 Days — Up to 30 Days
If a return request is made after 14 days but within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- You are entitled to a 10% refund of the product value.
- Refunds after 14 days are only possible if the item is returned in good condition.
4. After 30 Days
After 30 days from the purchase date, refunds and returns will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
5. No Exchange Policy
Please note that Aureliya Accessories does not offer product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item with another, the original item must be returned according to the refund policy above, and a new order must be placed through the website following the standard purchasing process.
This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and quality control across all orders.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, used or damaged jewelry cannot be accepted for return.
